In Just 12 Months!
With years of planning and preparing, this is a massive milestone!
We are building a network of neuroinclusive housing
At Bridge21, we are committed to creating a network of supportive housing for individuals with disabilities, ensuring that everyone—regardless of ability—has the opportunity to live independently.
With one home already open and thriving with residents, we are actively closing the housing gap through public and private collaboration. By empowering individuals to live independently, we not only enrich their lives but also enable them to continue sharing their unique gifts with the wider Park City community.

We believe in the power of community
At Bridge21, we know that true human flourishing happens when people feel connected and loved. We are a community of diverse abilities, ages, and backgrounds – join us.

We are proud members of the Adaptive Coalition of Park City (ACPC), collaborating with local partners like the National Ability Center, Lucky Ones Coffee, Maker Union, Special Olympics, and Young Life Capernaum to build a more inclusive home for everyone.
In the warmer months, don’t miss Buds and Blooms—a regular community gathering at our garden plot at the Summit Community Garden. We come together to learn new skills, connect with one another, and enjoy time outdoors with our hands in the dirt!
