Surveys
In order to initiate better housing options, we must encourage the city and county councils to partner with our endeavors to include people with disabilities in their planning. In order to collaborate , our surveys will provide important information revealing the need for Neurodiverse housing initiatives in Park City and Summit County.
In the “message” area, please write in the "message" area why you are committed to this innitiative (Park City/Summit County resident, individual with a disability, etc.). We appreciate your participation and will be in touch as soon as possible.
